Nathan Critchett is an AI strategist and hands-on builder working at the intersection of AI capability and human capability. He helps enterprises close the gap between what AI can produce and what their people can actually evaluate, translating cognitive-science research into shipped products, LLM-assisted tools, and adoption programs across 100+ organizations.
He is the author of Cognitive Architecture, founder of Arq.Training and CritchPitch, and a keynote speaker on AI strategy and adoption. District work is delivered with Edapt and Christian Jackson; audiences include the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), Greater Ozarks Cooperating School Districts (GOCSD), the Small School Districts' Association (SSDA), and the LA County Fire Department Lifeguard Division.
He holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University, and is a former Division I pitcher and first responder. Open to advisory, fractional, and enterprise AI engagements.
